RESOURCES

Along my journey of self-development, I have often come across inspiring and at times, life-changing books. As I continue to do so, I’m also keen that we should share useful resources with each other; many times, the reason I’ve stumbled across a great book has been through word-of-mouth. And so I’d like this page to be somewhere you can retreat to from time to time to check out any new books I recommend for you to read.

I’d love you to leave feedback and comments on any books you’ve read and hop over to my Facebook Group, ‘Personal Growth Hub’ to contribute your thoughts and ideas there too.

Enjoy!

A New Earth

by Echart Tolle

This is one of my life-changing books; Tolle teaches us about the benefits of living more consciously and how to live a mindful life in which ego is transcended to make way for inner peace, joy and acceptance. A truly inspiring read fit for anyone wanting to commit to a more fulfilling life.

You Can Heal Your Life

by Louise Hay

This was my first personal growth book back in the late 80’s, not long after it was first published. Another one of my life-changing books, it taught me that I could take responsibility of my life and take more control of it. I learnt that life didn’t have to be a passive experience where things just ‘happen to you’ but that by raising one’s self-awareness and committing to working on yourself, that you could shape and therefore change your experience of life from the inside out.
